Meet our Leadership Team

Peter Gibson

Peter is responsible for the overall management and performance of Mas Energy, along with coordinating investment activities. With more than 20 years of experience in supplying critical equipment and services to the global oil, gas, and chemical industries, Peter has a particular focus on downstream, onshore petrochemical and refinery operations.

Peter earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Business Management at the University of Auckland in New Zealand.

Michael Hall

Michael is responsible for all Mas Energy project and business development. With more than 15 years of experience in the global energy industry, Michael's expertise lies in energy engineering, business development, and project structuring. His experience includes acquisitions and project structuring for complex energy projects.

Prior to joining Mas, Michael served as Vice President of Business Development for Veolia Energy North America, a $500 million global energy services company focused on district energy, cogeneration and utilities outsourcing. Prior to working at Veolia, Michael held various management and development positions within the energy industry at Fortune 500 companies including Johnson Controls, General Electric, and Southern Company.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Bagley College of Engineering at Mississippi State University in Mississippi State, Mississippi.

Paul Saville

Paul directs and coordinates all Mas Energy engineering, project management, and operations activities. Paul has nearly 30 years of global engineering experience in low temperature refrigeration, district cooling, turbine inlet air chilling, district energy, and power generating applications. He has more than 15 years of experience in the Middle East, including turbine inlet air chilling and district cooling plants in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Prior to joining Mas, Paul served as Vice President of Engineering at Stellar Energy Systems and was responsible for all engineering activities in both the United States and the Middle East.
Paul earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The City University in London, England.

Melissa Houskamp

Melissa has more than 10 years of experience in energy-related finance specializing in renewable-energy-project finance, financial modeling, and power purchase agreements. Prior to joining Mas Energy, she served as Vice President in the Tax-Exempt Capital Markets group at J.P. Morgan, focusing on natural gas and renewable energy structured transactions. Melissa began her career in project finance at The World Bank Group in Washington, D.C., working on private participation in infrastructure projects in developing countries.

Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Florida
in Gainesville, Florida.
